Signatures cancellation policy

At Signatures Salon, we understand that unexpected schedule changes can occur. To help us best serve all of our guests, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment.

• Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service(s).

• Clients who fail to arrive for their appointment without prior notice ("No-Call, No-Show") will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s).

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as this policy allows us to accommodate other guests and respect the time of our service providers.
